Using Streamtimer

Streamtime’s Timesheet Widget, Streamtimer, is available with Streamtime 10.0v4 and above.

For versions of Streamtime earlier than 10.5, updating your Streamtime system is required – here

Once you’ve installed Streamtimer, you can open it so it sits on your desktop all day

To add a time entry click the New button

Select a Job and a Task

Jobs are sorted by client:

NOTE: Only unlocked, WIP (Work In Progress) jobs will be listed.

Tasks are sorted by Cost Matrix category, then description

You can add a note to your time entry to say what it was you were doing

Then enter your time in hours and minutes

OR

If you want to use the stop watch function just leave the time blank and click Save

If your time is billable check the billable box

and finally click Save to save your time entry

Your Time Entry is now complete

Once a task has been added to your Streamtimer you can add more time against it by clicking the play button next to the task

This will work like a stop watch and record time against the task until you stop it.

If you need to change the date when entering time you can do this by clicking the drop down arrow next the date and selecting a new date from the date picker.
