If you wish to upload a file into Streamtime you can do this in two areas, Correspondence and Job Tracking.
To attach a file to a Correspondence item you go to a particular correspondence item and click on the Attachments tab.
To attach a file in Job Tracking go to the particular job and click on the [...]
