How did you first come across Streamtime?
We had been searching for a system that would take out the hassle of running projects through the entire process - from initial client introduction, briefing and proposal stages and then to project completion. We were beginning to despair, thinking we would never find something that approached our projects the way we did, until one of us saw an advert for Streamtime in Creative Review.

How did it compare with other solutions you had seen or heard of?
Actually, we had already got quite far down the road towards implementing a rival system, but were continually frustrated that it couldn’t be made to do what we needed from it, and we were becoming increasingly doubtful that this solution was really for us. However, from the first conversations with the Streamtime crew, and especially once we had been through a full demo, we knew that this had been built with designers in mind. How refreshing!

What do you most like about Streamtime?
We love the fact that we can see progress of every project through the studio at a glance. If a client calls and wants to know exact expenditure on a project, we have that information immediately at hand. Scheduling and tracking is now a breeze, and reconciling financials has never been easier. As the economy becomes a tougher challenge, the features that Streamtime offers leave us confident that we have the tools we need.

What has been the greatest change in your company since utilising Streamtime?
A massive reduction in stress! Smiling faces, and the ability to see what’s coming along the pipeline much further ahead than before Streamtime. Overall, the ability to plan workflow and studio capacity has massively increased productivity while making all our lives easier. If you had told me it would have changed our lives so profoundly I would never have believed it for a second, but I can honestly say that it has delivered nothing short of a revolution in the attitude to our work.

From a business planning point of view, Streamtime has enabled us to track expenses and costs in real time. We can also create dynamic financial reports while jobs are ongoing, and create realistic projections that, in the present climate, can be adjusted in real time to take into account any changing circumstances. The pipeline / CRM tools help us ensure we are supporting our clients and helping them to develop their business with us - and they appreciate the attention to detail.

The speed with which we can produce a proposal has radically improved, allowing us to be highly responsive, and the project planning tools mean we have already effectively booked in studio time as soon as the project goes live.
