How did you first come across Streamtime?
We had been using a similar system in Filemaker Pro for about four years, but had not been happy with the support service we were receiving. Also, the system itself was far too complicated for our needs and I started to think that perhaps we needed a bespoke system created specifically for us. I did some research and got in touch with a specialist via the Filemaker Pro website, they suggested we contacted Streamtime.

How did it compare with other solutions you had seen or heard of?
It compared very well with the system we were using, and in fact, was a lot simpler for the user which suited us perfectly, as some of my team members were really struggling with the system we had in place. Also, Steamtime were able to take our current data and import it into the new database which meant we could still access information from up to four years ago.

What do you most like about Streamtime?
We like the simple interface and how easy it is to use. It is also practical, logical, affordable and does exactly what it says on the tin. Streamtime have a great team who have been very supportive, and they keep in touch with us on a regular basis with updates and news etc.

What has been the greatest change in your company since utilising Streamtime?
The greatest change I’ve noticed is that my team don’t ask me to help them anymore! With our previous system, not a day went by without someone needing help with simple tasks such as booking in a job, raising a purchase order or recording time etc. Now, they all seem to get on with it and there is no more complaining. Also, another big change is the reporting system. Although the previous system had built in reports, none of them were quite right for us and I had to export found fields to a spreadsheet myself. Now I simply press a button and the bespoke reports that Streamtime set up do all the work for me.

What would you say to someone looking for a solution like Streamtime?
Streamtime is a simple solution in the complicated world of project management for design.
